Next week it'll be the final presentation of Plant Design project. The killer subject for chemical engineering students i guess. huhu~
The production of 100 000MT/Annum Allyl Chloride. Fullstop. It was the only information given. Other than that?Find it yourself la!huhu~ That's why it is sooooooo (can't find the words).
The main point is to design a plant which produce Allyl Chloride. We have to come out with the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and also the sizing as well as the costing for every equipment and etc.
My task is to design the 4th Distillation Column and Heat Exchangers. Quite tough. Oppss!!Please correct it nida. Huhu~Extremely difficult for me actually. Almost give up, but yet have to force myself to understand all the material balance and energy balance of the equipment. Warghhhh...sampai nangis2 wat calculation. But Alhamdulillah, i made it. Special thanks to my group members for their guidance and endless support.
So, Sharel, Siau Huey, Gmiey, Zul and Merah, wish u all da best!!. Hope we can get through all of the difficulties like we always do.Ok!
